The 1st evaluation of the NAVMAT platform was designed and implemented on the principles laid out as user scenarios identified in Deliverable D5.1: Authentication and authorization, Inserting incident, Enriching incident and document meta-data, Searching for incidents, Updating the taxonomy. The evaluation process was focused on Keyword Search, Usage of the system, Focus Group Usability Testing, User Satisfaction Measures. It included the following actions: Formation of a User Group, Creation of NAVMAT system User Guide, Briefing and introducing the User Group to the concept, Online presentation, Collection of feedback and suggestions (qualitatively and quantitatively), assessment and incorporation of feedback to the platform.
